For purposes of this Privacy Policy, "you" and "your" means you as the user of the Services, whether you are a merchant, customer, website visitor, or another individual whose information we have collected pursuant to this Privacy Policy.

What Personal Information We Collect
Special Note about Virtual Try-On Photos: Customer photos uploaded for virtual try-on are processed in real-time and automatically deleted within 30 minutes. We do not permanently store any user photos.

For Merchants:
- Basic contact details including store name, email address, and Shopify store ID
- Store information including domain, product catalog data, and product images
- Account information including username, password, and security questions
- Usage analytics including feature usage, API calls, and performance metrics
- Billing information processed securely through Shopify's billing API
- Customer support information you choose to include in communications with us
For Shoppers/End Users:
- Temporarily uploaded photos for virtual try-on processing (automatically deleted within 30 minutes)
- Interaction data including try-on requests, product selections, and session information
- Device information including browser type, device type, and screen resolution for optimization
- Shopping preferences including items tried on and wishlist additions

We automatically collect certain information about your interaction with the Services ("Usage Data"). To do this, we may use cookies, pixels and similar technologies ("Cookies"). How We Process Virtual Try-On Images
Privacy-First Image Processing:
- Customer photos are encrypted during transmission using SSL/TLS
- Images are processed in real-time by our AI partner (Nano Banana API)
- Temporary cache storage for maximum 30 minutes during processing
- Automatic deletion after processing completion
- No permanent storage of customer photos
- No use of photos for AI training or any other purpose
How We Disclose Personal Information
In certain circumstances, we may disclose your personal information to third parties for legitimate purposes subject to this Privacy Policy. Such circumstances may include:
- Service Providers: With vendors who perform services on our behalf (e.g., Nano Banana API for AI processing, cloud infrastructure providers, customer support tools)
